Linda was born and raised in Hawaii and feels lucky to call Hawaii home. Linda brings a very personal style to the real estate business and her sales and marketing skills have provided a long list of satisfied clientele with repeated real estate success. Linda’s passion for details, her perseverance and her prompt and friendly service set her apart. Linda finds it satisfying when all the pieces of finding or selling that perfect home come together, culminating in a successful closing for all parties. To her credit, in 1979 Linda and her husband developed an agricultural subdivision, undertaking the rezoning and subdividing of 39 acres in North Kohala on the Big Island of Hawaii. Linda has received both Bronze and Sterling Top Producer awards for her excellence in Real Estate. She is an active member of the Hawaii Association of Realtors, Honolulu Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is a past committee member and Christmas House Tour ticket chairperson for the Lani-Kailua Outdoor Circle. Linda has seen many changes throughout Hawaii over the years and continues to encourage moderate controlled growth in our neighborhoods. Licensed as a Realtor Associate in Hawaii in 1993, Linda is Vice President of White Sands Realty. Her specialty is residential sales.
